The hotel is well-maintained and offers great value. My king room came with a patio and a balcony overlooking the pool. It was nice to have a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator in the room. The central location is unbeatable, and the staff were extremely accommodating and very courteous.

The pilows were very comfy, great location,asked for early check in and they were great.

More towls and supplies, we were 4 in a twin room.the supplies was for 2 people,we had to ask for more towls etc.

Wifi kept disconnecting

The rooms have really bad insulation, could hear everything from the next room and also across elevator, could hardly sleep.

The room had incredible garden views and included convenient amenities like coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge.

The spacious king room is really nice, with a safe box and a variety of TV channels, plus on-demand movies, while the location is great, being close to restaurants.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The bathtub had a very slow drain and the power outlet on one side of the bed was out.

The elevators stopped working for few hours and we were on the 5th floor. We didn't know there was renovations going on when we booked the room. We choose this hotel because it had a bar and restaurant, but when we got to the hotel there was a make shifted bar and restaurant! We were disappointed because we chose this hotel for that reason! Also the tub wasn't that clean.

The hotel is beautiful, set in a lovely area close to Cupertino with many dining options nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful, providing fantastic service and useful tips. The room was spacious and quiet, equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea facilities, and a refrigerator. A great location, just a short walk to Newpark Mall.

Everything was great, great staff, exceptional views of the garden. Location: the hotel was not far from good restaurants. Dined at Outback Steakhouse, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
